About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the True Shape Learning website and to resources supplied through True Shape Learning. By using this website or downloading a resource, you agree to use the material only in the ways permitted below.

Resource licence

Unless a resource says otherwise, downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing or downloading household. You may print copies for use within your own household and adapt activities for your own children.

You must not resell, redistribute, upload, share, reproduce for another household, publish or commercially exploit the resource files themselves. You are welcome to share a link to the True Shape Learning website or the relevant resource page so that another family can obtain its own copy.

Paid digital resources

Where paid digital resources are offered, the price and what is included will be shown before purchase. Payment and download delivery may be handled by a third-party checkout provider.

If digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right can be affected once supply begins. This does not remove any statutory rights you have if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Refunds and problems with a download

If you receive a damaged file, cannot access a purchase, make a duplicate purchase, or believe a resource is materially different from its description, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, layouts, illustrations, downloadable resources and True Shape Learning branding on this website are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Independent status

True Shape Learning is an independent educational resource service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of Jehovah’s Witnesses or jw.org. Official publications, teaching and direction should always be obtained from jw.org and the congregation.

Website availability and external services

We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Links or checkout services operated by third parties are subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
